New news: House shopping is horrible!
I thought it was so exciting watching HGTV and House Hunters. They all looked so excited. They LIED!!! Or just didn't show all the headache involved. The denials. The Hopes and Yeses being squashed. We have put in 7 offer. One we let go because of bad Neighbors:(. 3 we lost to cash offers. and the last three we bid too low.
California real estate is so crazy and every county is different. There is seriously too many investors involved. and too many people going after the same houses. Please Please I hope we find the perfect home for us. and everything follows through smoothly when it does happen.
