Teenage boys who don't...
Don't shower when I ask.
Don't brush their teeth when asked.
Don't clean their room when asked.
Forget their homework when asked.
Are making me lose my mind every time I ask.

Tick Tock goes the Clock

Tick Tock, Tick Tock.  Time goes by.
Still I wait, still I sit.  For you may fly, but I must sit and watch our babes go by.

New Life! New Me! Who said this was they way it should be. 
One day he said he was through.  Through with this life we had built together.  Me, with the thought that it was a forever.
A life crisis.  A life regret.  Then, a life purpose went out the door. 
So much we have, so much we have gained and earned in our lives.  So much that means nothing anymore to him.  It is everything to me.  It is what I have worked for, it is what I have bled for, it is what I have wept for. 
IT IS MINE!!

A new leaf

When my life takes a turn for the unknown.............
     The recently not so recent realization, because it was said to me, that everything I thought was real is now not.  The truth that was said is now false.  The words that were written are now lies.  The feelings that we pronounced were for play.  To take so many steps in the same direction and all of a sudden realize you were going the wrong way.  Oops, I didn't mean to live this life I was living.
